Find Your Practice

Our company, University of Louisville Physicians, came about as the result of the integration of all of the clinical practices at the UofL School of Medicine. Up until 2012, the clinical practices operated independently, under many different names. By the end of 2012, all of the practices will merge into the UofL Physicians organization.  This means that some of the practices may have new names, reflecting their integration into the new organization.

We want to reassure you that even if a practice name changes, the doctor's office you may have been visiting for years still exists -- with the same expert physicians and staff, and the same level of compassionate care.

Below is a reference guide that lists all the former practice names, and where you can find them on this website. If you are looking for a practice but don't see it on this list, please call our main customer service line, 502-588-6000.
