 The physicians of the University of Louisville Psychiatric Group are national leaders in diagnosis and treatment in all areas of psychiatry, emphasizing general psychiatry as well as a variety of subspecialty treatment areas. These include: Women’s Mental Health, Memory Disorders, Geropsychiatry, Anxiety Disorders, Addictions, Depression and Bipolar Disorder. The UofL practice has been named a charter center in the National Network of Depression Centers.
The UofL psychiatry department has established a university-wide Center for Autism to enhance the diagnosis and ongoing care for children on all points of the autism spectrum. Further, the practice’s expertise in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, offered through the Bingham Clinic, is second-to-none.
