Philosophy
of Care
Compassionate care of oncologic patients, particularly those with inoperable tumors especially those in the liver.  I have specialized in treating these tumors for over twenty years and am internationally recognized for treating patients with neuroendocrine tumors, metastatic and primary cancers of the liver and kidney.  Additionally, I am interested and have led the field in treating painful bone metastases, in the spine or elsewhere, with radiofrequency ablation and stabilization with injection of bone cement into the tumors.  This not only treats the tumors but also stabilizes the bone.
