Dr. Francis is a very respectful doctor, more so than any doctor I've ever seen, not to mention a great surgeon, I'm very happy that Dr. Frances was recommended to me, and I chose him to be my surgeon I would highly recommend Dr. Francis.

Dr. Francis truly took his time with me this last appointment. I felt heard and seen for the first time in a really long time. It's hard to not feel emotionally depleted when you are in constant pain and don't feel properly cared for. I'm more than happy with Dr. Francis and I will recommend to anyone with similar issues.

Dr Francis is amazing; he takes care of me all the time he is awesome with his patient's, great bedside manner and I appreciate everything that man has ever done for me.

I always receive excellent care from this physician and everyone in his office. Therefore I can't think of anything they could do to make it a better experience.

I obtained this appointment via MyChart, to see Dr. Francis four weeks following surgery, rather than the scheduled six-week post-op. Obtaining appointments is not easy. Getting answers to questions via MyChart is not easy. I'm asked to hold questions until office appointments. I had surgery in April with Dr. Francis, which has left me with urinary incontinence and digestive issues. I have followed his advice in having a second surgery to implant a bladder sling, which has only worsened the bladder incontinence. I'm left with more issues than I had prior to surgery. My quality of life is diminished. I don't see evidence that my doctor knows what to do next. I feel forgotten.

I felt the office went very well, he examined and made a conclusion about what needs to be done to help me . He was very helpful I making my next appointment.

I felt Dr Francis was insensitive to my medical need, he was very short with me on my phone appointment not giving me the chance to ask questions, nor did he give me options for my medical need. I felt like my medical need was not resolved and that I need to seek another doctor who cares and will get to the bottom of my medical issue.

I have not been satisfied with the doctor in question. He talked down to me and I don't think he heard my concerns over this procedure. I am not sure I want him on my procedure.

Dr Francis is a very nice doctor who explains things in terms that you don't need a dictionary to understand. I think if I need anymore surgery involving his scope of doctoring I would definitely go back to him. He is a wonderful surgeon.

The receptionist, Natalie, went out of her way to help me. Since I live 100 miles away from Louisville, I had no idea how to get to the Main Hospital and she copied off a map and went over it with me!!!

The Doctor was excellent. His nurse, Dacora, was wonderful. All staff were very kind and helpful. Follow up on labs was timely. Wonderful place and people! Will definitely recommend them to anyone who has the same problem.

Amazing doctor who truly cares about his patients

This was my first visit to UofL and this physician. I was very happy with my service provided. He was very helpful in helping me to understand my problem and how to fix it.

Dr Francis was nice he was late getting into my room they had some emergency or something like that and he explained how far he was and I really appreciate that

Receptionist Abigail was very positive and had a good attitude! My exam was very awkward and embarrassing, but Dr.Francis and his team put me at ease. Was so very grateful!!!!

The doctor stood behind me...I have a bad neck, so I couldn't see him. They asked questions that I answered and they went their way and with their thinking like I didn't even answer the other way.
